Me and Matt and a few friends went to RC Magraws for mine and DD’s birthday last night. We had a blast hanging out with friends. Ran in to some old friends from the bus barn it was great seeing them I miss them really bad that’s about the only thing I miss from there is the people. We had a really good time. It was kinda of  funny with not planning on them being there and they were all there. I even resolved a friendship too. I am glad we went it must have been fate for all of us to be in the same place. Here is a picture of me and my girlfriends that went with us. Gonna make some good scrapbook pages. LOL!

So I just took on another kid to babysit. So now I have 3 they keep me pretty busy these days and I am on the computer trying to divide my time up with my 2 websites and decided to start a blog, so I am trying to get busy on the computer and have a little fun in between with the new blog so bear with me if you can I will get to going better and be able to do more soon. I am looking forward to the Craft Show next month and the Crop coming up in May so I will get some scrapbooking done sooner or later. My B-day is coming up WOW! another year older. Crap. LOL! It has truly been a long week. My daughters car needed to be worked on. My car broke down had a bad coolant leak. And my oven quit not the top of my stove just the oven weird huh? I babysat 5 kids on Tue and Wed made a little extra money and no not for sitting on my ass haha!! It took my husband Matt only 1 hour to fix my daughters car. But mine however took him Sun thru Fri to fix.  First we got the wrong gaskets and then one broke so we couldn’t take it back, had the buy the right ones and take more apart on the car to put them in. BUT!! Hopefully it is good to go, the big test will be tom when we take it to Manhattan. We haven’t figured out what’s going on with the oven thats next. I slept really good this morn cuz I worked so hard this week. LOL! The cold and snow is back. YUCK! I was not looking forward to that when they talked about 6 more weeks of winter. I mean I can’t say I didn’t expect it, but I am still sad about it. I really don’t like going out in this stuff. I just want to stay home in the nice warm house. Well I babysat a friends baby the other night for her cuz she didn’t have one. And guess what YEP! He had a virus and we didn’t know until the next day he got sick and had the runs and she took him in and sure enough! SOOOOOO my granddaughter has it today and yep we will probably all catch it now, so here we go again. Come on Spring and good by yucky cold and flu weather right?!? She just is not herself today just laying around and don’t want to eat cuz it makes her tummy hurt. I hate it when she is sick because she usually is laughing, joking and playing but none of that today.  Hope it doesn’t last long and hope we don’t all catch it too.  Read more... I am sorry I am having some tech problems at home so I have to go to a family members to blog, well with as cold as it is WOW! not sure how often I can get over here. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. So this has been a very good and bad week all rolled up in one. The weekend of July 17th and 18th was great, we had 2 weddings and a baby shower lots of happiness going on there. Well then last week we found out Torrie is good to go for school YEA!! So we had to go to the WIC office, Doctor for shots for school   then off to the dentist, NO CAVITIES YEA!! Tues the 21st was Torrie’s B-day we had cake for the family that night. Then on Wed. we started planning for the weekend b-day party with all her friends. Well Thurs night there was a man killed on K-18 highway out by Scenic Drive on a motorcycle which happened to be my daughter’s good friends dad. So it was a very emotional end of the week and weekend. Last night was the viewing and today the funeral. SOOOO all week was happy, sad, happy, sad. I am hoping the rest of this week goes alot better and we have less to do and not as many emotional situations to deal with. The party went really good and she was very happy and got lots of clothes for her to start school. I have enclosed a picture. Hope you enjoy and will be here to see and talk to you more this week. So me and my daughter Korine are taking a road trip to KC. There is a Culinary Arts School there she wants to attend, we are going to look at the campus and see if it can be worked out for her to take classes there. She will have to commute but she may only have to do it 2 to 3 days a week so it may not be too bad as if she was  getting a job there and having to drive it everyday. She is really excited about the school because there is a lot of hands on training there and I think you learn better that way. She has always loved to cook. I think it runs in the family my mom’s dad, my mom, me, Korine and Torrie my grandaughter loves to help in the kitchen too. So who knows maybe Korine can teach me a few things too.  Wish us luck.
