Still working on how to make them smaller to put on scrapncrafts and other sites. I am trying to put some of the crafts and scrapbooks I made on Craigslist. So not sure if I make them smaller on the computer or the camera. Hmm! Might have to ask someone.

Worked on putting up Christmas lights this weekend since it was nice. Have all the ones outside and ready. COOL! Torrie the grandbaby is loving it. She is really excited about Christmas this year. I guess I will work on putting my other decorations inside up this week before Thanksgiving.  I wish you all a great and thankful Thanksgiving.

I am having a frustrating night. I cannot get printer to work and I cannot set up pictures to be seen because it says they are too big and I am having a hard time getting the right program or whatever I need to make them smaller. I just have to keep working on it. As soon as I get all this figured out maybe you can see some pictures.

WOW!!  Finally time to relax. My son is finally home feeling better. He has to wait for the hole from the trac to heal but that is not bad. You figure in the hospital, surgery, holes cut in his throat and neck, ICU and then he’s lucky to be alive.  So yes he and we are grateful. I am glad that I am not having to run back and forth to the hospital. That takes a chunk of your time trying to fit that into the day right? I am just glad he is better.

So then the family came in for the weekend. CRAZY house. Full of people and activity. Didn’t get a chance to finish the sister’s Christmas present yet too nuts around here lately. And she was the company for the weekend. Well that put a hamper on the fun of it. :) So maybe a slower week will be prosperous one. I can work on the pictures for you to see and blog more right?

I was going to update to the latest WordPress version but when I first attempted it, I found several things didn’t work right including this current theme.

Trying to get answers from the authors has proven futile so although I like the theme it will have to go.

Over the course of the next couple of days, I am going to try a different theme.
If you perchance visit while I’m playing, please excuse the mess if something doesn’t work right.

I will need to upgrade the blog code first as the new theme will not work with the version I currently have which is v2.33 (very downlevel). When I do the upgrade there will most likely be a few things that don’t work right until I can get the new theme configured.

WOW!!  I have been on a vacation so to speak. I quit my job to lessen the stress in my life. I do believe it helped, but looking for something different or something new can be a challenge. I have had more time to think and scrapbook.  I have a ton of pictures for scrapin later. Halloween was a picture taking day for sure. My granddaughter was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. She waited all year to be able to trick or treat. She had such a blast and loved going around getting candy and having people tell her how cute she was.

I have been working more on my crafts lately. I made a couple of witches for Halloween they turned pretty cool. I got the the porcelain heads from CR Crafts. Cool web site you can get all your crafting supplies there and they are reasonably priced. We are working on our Snowmen, Angels, and Mr. and Mrs Claus right now geting ready for Christmas. I am going to make some old world Mr. and Mrs. Claus. I am looking forward to that. Right now I am making a Christmas gift for my sister. It will be a dad and son snowman made out of styrafoam balls painted with snow and I will mount them on a 2×6 board with a metal cedar branch with a small set of lights to plug up and I will spray the branch and board with snow. I will have to take pictures and put them on the the web site for you to check out.

Well I guess I should get some things done. Been too long since I been here, I will have to back sooner rather then later :razz: Take talk at you soon.

So I should have been back sooner, sorry. Well we went to Branson over the 4th of July. It was great. We went shopping of course, can’t help it all those stores that are there. But we did go to Branson Landing it is down from the original downtown area. It is a new threr now. They were working on it when we were there in April. I really enjoyed going there. It is a water feature that plays music and the water shoots up to the song they are playing at the time. Every half hour they have a show. They play a more intense song the water shoots up higher and there are some cylinders that shoot up fire. At night it is all lit up and they put on a big show with the music, lights, water and fire. It was really amazing. You can sit and watch it for hours. The kids that were down there really liked it too. Of course lots of pictures so I will have plenty of scrapbook pages.

On the 4th of July the Condo we stayed at had their own fireworks. The main strip was so full that we chose to stay there and enjoy them we took lots of pictures of the fireworks too. I think we made a wise choice the people were everywhere. The firework displays were all over Branson so there was plenty of places to go to enjoy your 4th there.

Well then we played putt putt that was fun. I kinda over shot a few and we kinda  didn’t score close to what they say you should when you play, but it was still fun.

On the last day there Sunday we went and met my girlfriend and husband from next door that moved out there to MO about 4 or 5 years ago. When we go we try to hook up. They are good people.

Then the ride home. Why does it seem like it takes longer to get home than it di to get there???

Me and my husband went on vacation from July 2nd to the 6th. It was for our anniversary also. We will be married 8 years on Tues. July 8th. It was great we really enjoyed ourselves. We went to Brasnon Mo. We were there during the 4th, lots of people Fireworks everywhere. We stayed in Grand Crowne Condos. They are awesome I would recommend them to anyone. They are nice and kept up. I took lots of pictures of course. I see alot of scrapbook pages in my future.  Well I think I’ll let you chew on that a bit and I’ll be back tomorrow to tell you a little more about what we did while we were there.
